If you have any questions

you can always contact us to clarify things. But here are some frequently asked questions.
Where to start?
We encourage you to start by thinking about what you would like your advertising to achieve. Be as specific as possible. This will help us choose the right approach and define clear, measurable goals.
What to expect?
You should be prepared to be involved in the process and allocate some time and resources to it. If you don't have the time or opportunity to collaborate directly, we recommend appointing someone to act as the main contact person for our project manager. We respect your time and resources and take pride in our expertise, so we won't ask for deep involvement on your part (although we are always happy to have you involved as much as you like). However, some decisions ultimately have to be made by you.
What languages do you speak?
We manage projects in English, French, Russian and Estonian. If you need translation or localisation of your content into other languages, or for technically demanding materials such as manuals or software interfaces, we collaborate with professional translators who specialise in these areas.
How will communication be organised?
As we strive for high efficiency, we organise communication mostly in written form — via email and shared work documents. Of course, sometimes it is more efficient to speak than to write. In such cases, we schedule recorded online meetings or send you recorded video messages, so you can watch them whenever it is convenient for you — and revisit them whenever needed.
How is the price determined?

We always strive to find the most cost-effective solutions for your advertising goals.

Factors that affect the price:

  • complexity of the brief
  • amount of content provided
  • amount of content creation required (media, graphics, text, localisation)
  • number of design revisions
  • personalised solutions
  • project deadline
  • paid solutions (e.g. Google Ads)

Please note that the cost of physical advertising materials (printed products, outdoor advertising and promotional items) depends heavily on the materials used and the print run.

The average web hosting cost is around €100 per year. A domain name usually costs between €10 and €20 per year, depending on the top-level domain (TLD) you choose*.

*TLD is the ending after the last dot, such as .com, .ee, .eu, etc.

The project management fee is 10% of the total project cost.

We are also happy to offer discounted annual packages for ongoing website support.

Will there be any additional costs?

We understand this is a common concern. While we would love to say that the project cost will never change once it has been agreed, the reality is that it may vary during the development process. Depending on the needs that arise, the final cost may increase or decrease.

However, we always prioritise transparency. If a change in scope affects the cost, we will let you know and provide a recalculated estimate before proceeding. No additional costs will be incurred without your approval.

Several factors can affect the final cost, including requests for additional services, changes to the project scope, or deviations from the original project brief.

Please also keep in mind that if a project remains inactive for more than three weeks because we are waiting for materials, feedback or approval from your side, we will automatically place it on hold. When the project is resumed, an €80 reactivation fee may be applied.

How long will it take?

Thanks to our extensive experience, we usually work quickly and efficiently. Regular projects typically take from one week to two months to complete. The exact timeframe depends on the type and scope of the project.

For printed products, please allow additional time for printing and shipping.
